Qualification required: 

• Masters degree in any discipline preferably LLB 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment managing industrial relation, CBA and labour related matters
• Should be well equipped and experience of engaging with external stakeholders and different government agencies
• Can manage and support in legal documentations and contract reviews or drafting
