Key Responsibilities
- Perform and Impose maintenance activities on planned periods based upon OEM recommendations
- Determine spare needs according to maintenance plans and raise purchase requests
- Development and implementation of maintenance plans for newly added plant equipments
- Manage implementation of maintenance as per maintenance plan, share daily maintenance activities with maintenance manager. Ensure application of daily, monthly, annual lubrication and maintenance plans for production line machines
- Ensure discipline within plant
- Ensure that records of failures / stops for machines in production lines are kept,search for reasons and develop suggestions / projects to prevent their repetition
Experience
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in FMCG / Beverages Industry
Qualification
- B.E Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics
